President Buhari Returns from Beijing #FOCAC2018

President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Abuja after a six day official visit to the People’s Republic of China.
State House Correspondent Adamu Sambo reports that the President arrived Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at about half past Ten Thursday evening.

He was received by the Governors of IMO, Jigawa and Bauchi states, Senators Abdullahi Adamu, Aliyu Wamako, Godswill Akpabio, inspector General of Police and other senior Government officials.

While in Beijing, The President attended the China- Africa cooperation summit and held bilateral discussions with his Chinese Counterpart Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang.

Following the high level talks, several agreements were signed to deepen the mutually beneficial partnership between Nigeria and China in critical economic sectors.
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity Garba Shehu described the visit as highly successful.
