241 Nigerians Repatriated From Libya

Two-hundred and forty-one Nigerians have been deported from Libya.

Some of them were found to be living in Libya with non-valid documents, while others committed various types of crimes and other illegalities.

The deportees were received on Tuesday at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.

Of the 241 repatriated, 174 were males and 67 were females.

Still on repatriation to ensure that the repatriation of Nigerians in the Netherlands is carried out humanly, with the dignity and respect, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikkan Olaiye, has met with the general director of the Netherlands repatriation and departure, Ministry of Security and Justic, Rhodia Mass in Abuja.
