Cynthia Morgan Gives Back To The Society
Cynthia Morgan, a Nigeria musician said last week Friday that her new charity platform, Mama Cynthia Empowerment Foundation was established to give back to the society especially the needy.
Morgan had undertaken a tour of two communities, Bariga in Somolu and Makoko community in Yaba areas of Lagos state.
When she paid unscheduled visit to the two densely populated communities, the Cynthia donated food items and toiletries to the residents.
News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the artist also posted pictures of her activities on her social media, Instagram.
“This is me telling these beautiful kids that where you sleep today does not determine your future.”
“God does not sleep or slumber; today is definitely one of the most important days in my life.”
“It has been an amazing journey for me and I just want to thank God for supporting me enough to support others and making us all smile at the end.
“The kids were so happy and I was happier.”
Morgan came to limelight after release of her two singles “Don’t Break My Heart,” and “Lead Me On,” which had rocked the airwaves with various comments from critics.
Although she remain one of the youngest artistes in the Nigerian music industry, Cynthia has showed the sort of experience peculiar to an industry oldie.
Cynthia Ikponmwenosa Morgan was born Sept. 23, 1991, popularly known by her stage name, Cynthia Morgan, she also write songs.
She’s now 23-years old, no doubt a beautiful woman. Her music is a combination of pop, hip-pop, dance-hall and rap.
Dance-hall is a Reggea type of Jamaican popular music which developed in the late 1970s, initially as a sparser and less political and religious variant.
