Nigerian Army Warns On Fraudulent Recruitment

The Nigerian Army has cautioned members of the public against falling prey to a syndicate extorting money from victims under the pretext of a fraudulent recruitment into the service.

A statement by the Director Army Public Relations Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman disclosed that the fraud is carried out through a bogus website claiming to be from the Nigerian army headed by one Balogun Ehi with a mobile telephone number 081309677.

He stated that the Nigerian Army has not commenced any form of commissioning or recruitment and does not charge potential candidate money for whatever reason.
