Senate Defers Action on Constitutional Alteration Bill

Attempt by the Senate to commence the process of overriding the veto of the President as regards the 4th Alteration Act of the constitution at Tuesday’s plenary may have suffered a set back.
This indication came to light when Senators resolved at the session to defer the first reading of the bill as planned without any further explanations.
