Nigerian National Library Celebrates 50th Anniversary

Many may not know it. What is true is that the National Library of Nigeria is fifty years old. Just as old as Nigeria, one may say. And so it would be safe to say, the institution has served the people for information, education, enlightenment and entertainment. An anniversary of the institution has come with a look at the library system in Nigeria where the Chief Executive Officer of the National Library of Nigeria, Mallam Hassan Jato called for more support to them.
