Nigerian Navy Intercepts Illegal Crude Oil

The Nigerian Navy in Onitsha has intercepted a bus load of thirteen drums of illegal refined crude oil, at the Jetty where the construction of the Second Niger Bridge is going on.  The Commanding Officer, Naval outpost Onitsha, captain Mike Oamen, disclosed this while briefing newsmen.
