FG Restates Commitment In Maintaining Peaceful Co-existence Between Fulani And Their Host Community

The Federal Government has restated its commitment to fostering peaceful coexistence between Fulani herdsmen and their host communities across the country.
Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina stated this at the commissioning of Ero Mountain grazing Reserve in Ajaokuta local government area of Kogi state.
The Ero mountain grazing reserve is an intensive rotational grazing site established to complement the effort of the federal government at minimizing conflict between Fulani herdsmen and farmers and assist grazers to access veterinary services easily , in addition, it is designed to fast track the harnessing of the rich natural potential of the country. Minister of Agriculture and natural resources Dr. Akinwummi Adeshina represented byTaiwoNdanusa applauded the effort of the initiator directed at educating Fulani children and appeal to Kogi state government to support the project he stressed that the federal government is interested in the success of the project
