Minister Education, Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau has expressed absolute confidence in the ability of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party to capture Kano State in 2015 elections in view of the unprecedented performance of President Good luck Jonathan in key sectors in the economy.economy. Mallam Shekarau gave the assurance in a speech at the State congress of the party held in Kano.
