NIGERIAN ARMY ON COUNTER INSURGENCY

The Nigerian Army has promoted 296 soldiers who displayed uncommon gallantry in counter insurgency and counter terrorism in the north eastern states of Borno, Adamawa and Yobe.

Director Army public relations, Brigadier General Olajide Laleye disclosed this at the monthly media briefing on the administrative and operational engagements of the Nigerian army especially in the north east.
