Senate Approves MTEF & FSP

The senate has approved the 2014-2016 medium term expenditure frame work and fiscal strategy paper that provides the basis for effective and realistic National budget planning by the Federal Government. This followed the adoption of the report of the Joint committee on Finance and Appropriation which calls for drastic action against oil theft as well as check on the build up of the Nation’s external reserve at the expense of critical infrastural development.
