Supreme Court Dismisses Ukachukwu's Appeal

The Supreme Court has dismissed a motion filed by Nicholas Ukachukwu the Anambra State PDP Candidate seeking to stay the judgement of the court of Appeal, Port Harcourt on his candidacy. The Supreme Court’s ruling now clears the way for the court of Appeal to go ahead with its judgement
