New PDP Sues Tukur
The suit filed by the Kawu Baraje led People’s Democratic Party, seeking to stop Bamanga Tukur from parading himself as the National Chairman of the party, suffered another set back at the Ikeja High Court. The Vacation Judge Justice Ganiyu Safari returned the case file to the Chief Judge of Lagos State.
