NGF Condoles Senate on Ewherido's Death

The Chairman of the Nigerians Governors’ Forum, Jonah David Jang has described the death of Senator Pius Ewherido as a big loss to the people of Delta State and Nigeria as a Nation. A statement signed by the Director General of the Forum, Osaro Onaiwu indicates that the Nigeria Governors’ Forum also condoles with the Family of the senator and the Senate.

The statement described late Senator Ewherido as a man with lucid character who spent both his public and private life building bridges of hope, communality and unity among people without regard to race, religion or ethnicity. Governor Jang prayed God to grant the Family the fortitude to bear the loss.
