INEC to Issue Improved Voter Cards

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC says it is set to begin issuance of improved permanent voter cards that will eliminate electoral fraud in future elections. INEC Chairman Professor Attahiru Jega stated this at a meeting with leadership of political parties in the country.
