Pan-Africanism and African Renaissance

Nigeria was one of the pioneer signatories to the convention of the OAU and has continued to play a leading role in helping to shore up not only the economies of other African Countries, but also in entrenching enduring democracy.

In terms of culture and tourism, the Minister said it remains the strongest bond that brings Africa together. The colloquium on Rock Art was to rekindle the African spirit, creativity and history.
