Senate President on Budget Impasse

Senate President David Mark says the National Assembly is neither in competition nor being combative with the Executive over the implementation of the nation’s budgetary provisions. He stated this at a workshop on Budget Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting, organized by his office for Grassroot Civil Society organizations in Abuja.
