SEC/APC Inauguration

The Committee which conducts inquiries into allegations of violations of securities law is empowered to impose sanctions in the case of infractions of the Law. The Chairman, Dr. Suleyman Ndanusa while inaugurating the members noted that they are to strengthen confidence and the integrity of the capital market. DG SEC and Chairman of the Committee Arunma Oteh promised not to disappoint the Commission or the Nation. The Chairman said the dispute between the Commission and the National Assembly would soon be resolved.
